## चीनमधून कस्टम विशेष वाहन निर्यात तपासणी यादी

चीनमधून golf cart, electric sightseeing bus, food truck, patrol cart किंवा classic car replica घेताना फक्त सर्वात कमी फोटो-कोटेशन निवडणे योग्य नाही. अशा वाहनांमध्ये chassis, battery pack, controller, bodywork, kitchen equipment, lighting, local road rules, packaging आणि after-sales parts हे सर्व एकत्र काम करतात. म्हणून खरेदीची फाईल “किंमत किती?” इतकीच नसून पूर्ण project specification सारखी असावी.

## किंमत मागण्यापूर्वी खरा वापर स्पष्ट करा

- **Electric sightseeing buses:** passenger capacity, standing-room rules, emergency exits, handrails, rain curtains, PA system, CCTV option, low-speed limit, passenger insurance requirement आणि accessibility needs आधी स्पष्ट करा. ## Compliance, homologation आणि battery documents

PDI मध्ये chassis number किंवा nameplate, steering, brakes, lights, horn, charger, battery voltage, dashboard, tyre pressure, fasteners, welds, paint finish, water leakage, appliance operation आणि short test drive यांचा समावेश असावा. Custom vehicle मध्ये colour, seat material, logo position, plug type, manuals, carton marks, accessories आणि spare parts यांचे photo/video पुरावेही घ्या.

PDI report commercial invoice, packing list आणि sales contract सोबत जतन करा. Arrival claim, insurance discussion, dealer handover आणि local service training यासाठी तो उपयोगी ठरतो. Remote buyer असल्यास supplier कडून vehicle start, forward/reverse, braking, lights, charging आणि special equipment operation दाखवणारा छोटा video मागा.

## Container loading, packaging आणि shipping control

Vehicle fully assembled, semi-knocked-down किंवा windshield/canopy काढून ship होणार का हे आधी ठरवा. Loading drawing, loading quantity, lashing points, wheel chocks, tyre protection, moisture protection, battery disconnection method आणि accessory boxes ची marking approve करा. Lithium batteries vehicle मध्ये installed जाणार की separately packed, हे forwarder आणि shipping line कडून confirm करा.

Food truck किंवा sightseeing bus उंच असल्यास container height, roll-on/roll-off, flat rack किंवा open-top container लागेल का ते तपासा.
