## چرا بر خرید اثر می‌گذارد

این راهنما برای واردکنندگان، نمایندگان، خریداران ناوگانی و پروژه‌ای است که از چین خودرو می‌خرند و باید FOB port responsibility, CIF destination-port boundary, freight and insurance, customs duty and VAT, port and inland charges, PDI, documents and registration cost را بررسی کنند. هدف فقط قیمت پایین نیست؛ باید پیش از پرداخت، تولید، رزرو حمل و بارگیری، ریسک‌ها مکتوب شود.

## خریدار باید چه چیزهایی را تأیید کند

هر مورد باید با مدل خودرو، تعداد، کشور مقصد، بندر، LHD/RHD، سناریوی استفاده و مقررات محلی هماهنگ باشد. برای EV همچنین battery، BMS، UN38.3، MSDS، charger و transport declaration بررسی می‌شود.

## مسئولیت FOB/CIF، PDI و اسناد

FOB و CIF فقط مرز مسئولیت تجاری را نشان می‌دهند و اسناد، گمرک، ثبت یا after-sales را خودکار حل نمی‌کنند. PDI باید شامل عکس، ویدئو، VIN/nameplate، تست عملکرد، spare parts list و container loading evidence باشد.

## در RFQ چه بنویسیم

در RFQ باید کشور مقصد، بندر، کاربرد، تعداد، مشخصات، زمان حمل، نیاز به homologation، بازرسی ثالث و موارد تأییدشده توسط واردکننده محلی نوشته شود.

این متن چک‌لیست عملیاتی خرید و صادرات است و مشاوره حقوقی، مالیاتی، گواهی، کالای خطرناک یا قیمت حمل نیست. الزامات نهایی باید کتبی تأیید شود.


## Additional execution note

Buyers should turn the confirmation result into a one-page internal approval sheet: who confirmed destination rules, who checked quotation boundaries, who stored documents, and who reviewed photos and videos before loading. This prevents important information from staying only in chat records when procurement, logistics, finance and account managers work separately. For batch orders, it is safer to verify documents, PDI, loading and destination-port feedback with one sample vehicle before applying the process to the remaining vehicles.
